This has taken the three month growth rate to 1.4% and means the annual rate holds firm at 12.2%. The sharp drop in values witnessed around the Peninsula and Coastal parts of the city last month has almost been recovered with values down 0.4% over the last 3 months. Values in Taieri continue to soldier on with 2.2% quarterly growth and 15% annual growth. Dunedin Central & North also has some sustained growth of 2.5% quarterly, while Dunedin South values remain effectively on hold after seeing growth stop in April 2017.
