34 Values have continued to slide across the Auckland Super City. The annual growth rate to the end of September was 0.8% which is the lowest since April 2011. Rodney has experienced the greatest drop in values over the short term, with a 1.7% drop in the last 3 months. The recent drop in values is evident city wide. Papakura is the only exception and that was due to strong growth in September partly making up for a consistent drop since April 2017. Values here are only 2% up on the same time last year.
