29 Three Month Value Change The change in values over the past three months gives a clearer picture of how things have changed. Canterbury remains more or less flat, but now it is joined by Auckland, Hamilton and Queenstown in what represents a dramatic change from their previous increases. Much of the rest of the North Island is still increasing but when compared to the rate of growth in the past twelve months the slowdown can be seen here too. The South Island is a bit more of a mixed bag, but as demand and falling sales volumes continue to bite we would expect to see value increases slow across the board there too. *Size of bubble represents the number of properties in the Territorial Authority
